WHO YOU ARE

Financial knowledge, need to understand the “accounting and reporting technique”, and feel joy in having control over all finance aspects.
? Need to be able to and enjoy working independently from time to time. Other parts of the Procurement finance team is placed in other locations.
? Ability to work structured with details, while at the same time connect to the bigger picture. Need to be able to do hands on detailed work and at the same time able to connect to more general discussions on ways of operating the business in an efficient way within the finance area.

? Strategic and challenging mindset.

? Very good communication skills, be able to present complex figures in a simple way.

? Collaboration skills, both within the country and on a global arean.

? University Degree in Business Administration or Economics (or equivalent)

? Fluent in English and Chineese, both spoken and written.

? Minimum five years experience within Business Controlling/Navigation

? Good knowledge in Excel, M3, CODA and Qlickview.

ABOUT THE JOB

? Support Procurement China in all activities with analyses of the business set up and financial performance. Responsible for maintaining a solid financial framework (reporting and analysis in place and used by relevant stakeholders).

ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT

? Support and navigate the Ingka Procurement China business by coordinating, compiling and analyzing relevant financial documentation and information

? Secure accurate reporting of the China Procurement activities.

? From a finance point of view, own the China P&L including all of its components (Sales, COGS, Cost, Stock valuation etc…)

? Secure that all periodical finance tasks are carried out (valuations, accruals, internal as well as external reportings etc…)

? Co-ordinate finance related tasks between Procurement China vs. other regions as well as towards service functions in China (China Holding)

? Calculate and follow up Local KPIs and other financial meassurements

? Drive the local financial budget process (cost and income budget)

? Be the Finance representative towards internal and external stakeholders in China.

? Secure that Ingka Procurement follow legal demands in the area of finance.

? Secure that VAT-regulations are followed,

? Support the Sales pricing from an overall perspective

? Support the Finance Business owner/Purchasers in various tasks

? Lead the Finance Review for China.

? Be the local Superuser for finance related applications.
