Reporting to APAC Controlling Manager based in Hong Kong, the candidate will be the focal point for all what concerns Finance and Administrative matters in China

We are looking for a Financial Manager to be a key strategical partner of the business and guarantee compliance and accuracy of reporting. The successful candidate needs to be able to cover both accounting related activities, as well as working as a Business Partner in the development to sales in China

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for monthly financial closure, including P&L , BS , Cash Flow including statutory reporting (China GAAP) and IFRS Group reporting package
• Be guarantee of current accounting and reporting procedures aligning to Corporate policy
• Supervision and coordination of external partner for all what concerns accounting, tax and legal requirements and be the focal point for internal and external auditors
• Maintenance of SAP system daily operations, including PO/asset creation

• Treasury management including responsibility of payments approval step on Banks, AR/AP analysis
• Coordination with legal department (external) and Sales team for review of contracts under PRC practices

• Ownership of the Planning process including yearly budget and quarterly forecast by Channel (Revenues, Opex and Personnel costs)
• Prepares regular business reviews including weekly sales reporting, monthly managerial P&L , Retail PL by store , to be reviewed with APAC Finance and China GM
• Work closely with China GM to support understanding the development of the business and support Departments Heads put in place and finalize plans
