Job Description:

• Prepare month-end journal entries to close the books on a monthly basis in accordance with company deadlines and oversees or reconciles general ledger accounts
• Review accounting vouchers and records to ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and transactions per IFRS and PRC GAAP
• Consolidates and completes monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliation, ensure all balance sheet accounts are properly substantiated include China and Asia.
• Perform inter-company reconciliation with Corporate and Factories
• Coordinate all kinds of statutory audit, support financial control to meet compliance requirements;
• Oversees monthly tax calculation, declaration, reporting and represents company to communicate with Tax Bureau when needed
• Performs analysis and critical review of all general ledger balances to ensure financial statement accuracy
• Support financial controller to provide advice from finance perspective including but not limited budget preparation,Oversees cash position, cash need and inter-company payment
• Performs HR daily business and coordination with HR service vendor,Supervises daily Office Administration

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
• Over 8 years in accounting or finance related experience, at least 3 years relevant experiences in MNC.
• Experience in financial statements consolidation between IFRS and PRC GAAP
• Excellent SAP experience&Professional certificate holder of CICPA, ACCA, CIMA etc have an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose corrective measures on challenges and improvements where needed;

Good English / Chinese language oral and written skills;
