职位描述：
1、培训Sephora门店BA，提升品牌认知度，加强产品知识及销售技巧培训；
2、负责检查品牌在Sephora门店的陈列布置以及Animation活动时展架端头产品陈列；
3、负责本品牌在Sephora店内的物流、陈列、活动细节等合作方面的日常沟通；
4、跟进Sephora店内的竞品活动信息；
5、实地代教-结合培训内容开展销售演练，确保BA学以致用；
6、培训KA渠道有关产品知识及销售技巧；
7、丝芙兰培训预约和丝芙兰客情关系维护；
8、其他美妆渠道（Sams，Sasa等）的培训销售支持。

任职要求：
1、大学专科及以上学历
2、兩年以上化妆品行业销售管理经验，具KA渠道销售经验者优先
3、能够适应高强度、快速、竞争性的工作条件
4、具备较好的计划组织能力与沟通协调能力
5、熟练使用excel、word、powerpoint等软件
6、适应频繁出差
