Major accountabilities:

1.Manages customer base and business activities to optimize customer satisfaction, efficiency of operation, revenue generation, margin levels, and service contract performance.

2.Coordinates and conducts installation/commissioning/ training(operation and maintenance& partial STC training as elastomer, damper &material testing activities for MTS test equipments at customer site.

3.Performs maintenance, calibration, repair, overhaul service relevant to assigned customer base.

4.Follows up warranty incident request, offers solution to customer problems and implements relevant work process of warranty parts management.

5.Diagnoses and troubleshoots MTS equipment problems to the major sub-sections of the system through e-mail, phone or fax. Restores equipment operations and follow up with solution plan for remaining technical issues.

6.Assists as requested to support service sales, pre-sales application, project review and marketing efforts by being knowledgeable of and understanding strategic goals relative to growth, margin and marketing. Implement courtesy visit plan regionally.

7.Maintains service documents in requested format for all service activities delivered at customer sites as assigned.

8.Implements operational requirements and standard work process of MTS Corporate and Field service quality system.

9.Maintains knowledge and training in MTS technology and products.

10.Mentors new FSE as assigned.

11.Other duties as assigned.

Qualification:

• BS deg. in Mechanical, electrical engineering or relevant subject
• Minimum of 5 years relevant field service experience, 2 years of which must be in servicing MTS or similar test equipment, or equivalent servo hydraulic systems
• Good command of English
• Proficient in office MS
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good team player
• Good command of computer skills
• Able to communicate in written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel 10 to 35 percent of the time depending upon the region
