Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer care

2. Provide technical support to customers

3. Travel to customers by ground, train and air transportation as needed

4. Provide training to customers on the basic use and operation of Bio Analytics instruments

5. Perform break fix service, and installation of complex mechanical systems

6. Perform preventative maintenance

7. Perform software updates / upgrades

8. Assist with resolving IT issues related to Bio Analytics system installations

9. Assist in drafting documentation of process and procedure as required

10. Pass along identified leads to the sales manager

11. Travel to our Ann Arbor, MI and or Welwyn Garden City, UK facilities for training as needed

12. Lift items that weigh up to 35 Kg

Key capabilities/ skills

1. Excellent customer skills

2. Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering Technology degree

3. Good IT skills

4. Willingness to travel extensively on short notice

5. Excellent mechanical / electromechanical skills

6. Excellent driving record
