Responsibilities:

• Consumer and MRT adjustments/claims data analysis, forecasting & reporting in S&OP and MOR /
• Audit and processing of sales concessions; prepare early warning to leadership regarding potentially problematic SKUs, product claims trends
• Analysis of FE collected market performance data; report to senior leadership regarding market trends and key issues that need to be acted upon
• Review Call Center data, provide statistical analysis of call center trends and issues (types of call center calls, response/feedback time, etc) and report in relevant monthly operating meetings like S&OP and MOR
• Consumer and MRT Universal Adjustment System (UAS) analysis & reporting to China leadership and region, which highlights key issues and conditions with products in China
• E-Claim management, maintain and training to internal (FEs) and external (Distributor and retailers)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree, Speciality in Statistical Analysis
• 2 to 4 years total working experience, 2 years statistic related experience will be preferred
• Good data analysis by excel
• Good in Access database
• Good in Chinese and English communication
