? Complete on the rig work assignments in all of the rig departments

? Complete the modular training program as per company requirements.

? Attend formal training sessions as described by the program.

? Write analytical reports on subjects as described by the program.

? Complete safety and survival training sessions.

? Work schedule of time on the rig, time in the office, and time off.

? Work with all rig departments during a two year period performing duties as designated by the supervisor.

? Performs all tasks as a member of the crews to gain experience and knowledge of the job.

? Must be available to attend training sessions on short notice.

? Must keep records of his progress and make regular reports to his district manager.

? Must attempt to gain as much rig experience as possible in records to learn the drilling business.

? Must try diligently to work efficiently with management and rig personal

? When appropriate must use technical skills to assist on projects

? Must keep aware of and show interest in rig's operation.

? Engineering degree, preferably in mechanical or petroleum engineering. Degree in marine engineering is also acceptable.

? Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

? Experience with heavy out door work (oilfield background preferable).

? Learns quickly and adapts to new problems and situations

? Is a relentless and versatile learner
