The role AbbVie is a leader within the immunology area and are about to launch new indications within gastroenterology in 2022 and the coming years. We are looking for a Field Brand Manager to join the gastroenterology team covering Denmark. As Field Brand Manager you will report to the Scandinavian Sales Manager and you are a part of the cross-functional in field team consisting of Commercial, Medical and Market Access. In the infield team, you will also have a role in leading projects to ensure cross functional collaboration As Field Brand Manager you will manage the assigned territory and targeted accounts in Denmark. You collaborate and build strong customer relationships and customer needs solving capability to maximize short- and long-term sales performance, always placing the patient in the center in accordance with AbbVie’s values and guiding principles. You will be leading the Infield team collaboration to drive and execute brand strategies, sales performance and set strong account plans. As part of the role, you will be responsible for marketing communication and materials for HCPs in Denmark. Time allocation between In-Field Sales & Marketing as agreed with the overall goals for the team. Key Responsibilities Include: Lead and drive strategic account management to execute brand strategies and fulfill business potential Ensure and maximize the sales and business potential through tactical planning and follow-up with HCP’s Capture customer insights to navigate strategies and tactics Sales analytics Segmentation and targeting Call planning in collaboration with the IFT Responsible for the development and maintenance of engagement plans across the IFT Ensure optimal usage of CRM system Ensure communication from IFT to BT to navigate BT strategies Share customer insights & competitive intelligence As the IFT Lead set the framework and lead the collaboration in the IFT Lead the IFT account planning process & drive IFT collaborative projects to ensure implementation of strategy at key accounts Develop marketing initiatives to ensure implementation of BT strategies and customer needs, building on challenger Close collaboration with the Scandinavian Brand Manager within Gastroenterology Ensure local campaigns and materials Qualifications Bachelor's degree, biological sciences, pharmacy, business related field, or equivalent Broad based business-oriented understanding of sales and marketing Strong business acumen Possesses strategic and critical thinking capabilities In-depth understanding of and ability to drive account management, on an individual, regional, and national level Operates effectively in a matrix environment Ability to lead, motivate and coordinate cross functional teams Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time Minimum 3 years of experience working in pharmaceutical industry & health care environment Ability to build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other relevant stakeholders Experience in strategic account management Well documented sales skills Project management experience, due diligence, coordination and follow up skills Examination from LMI education or similar Driving license Fluent in Danish and good knowledge in English Additional Information Travel: 20-25% of the time Job Type: Experienced Schedule: Full-time Application Deadline: Please send your application as soon as possible and no later than 27 April 2022 as we make selections and interviews on an ongoing basis.
