Job functions:

• Supporting customers on product consultation and technical evaluation. Follow up through post-sale integration of sensors into customer's systems.
• Demonstrate an understanding of technical landscape and complementary sensors/ electronics.
• Verify sensor performance and provide immediate action
• Collect client's feedback and work with US product team on product improvement, feature additions & etc.

Job requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Robotics.
• Proficient at reading & writing code (e.g ROS)
• Strong understanding on robotics, AI, machine learning, sensors, lidar technology
• Good command in Cantonese and English
