工作职责:

1、To lead feasibility activities and make sure the feasibility result and be delivered within required timeline.

2、To be responsible for the quality of feasibility result and consolide the result provided from feasibility specialists.

3、To provide reliable feasibility assessment based on solid assumptions and risk assessment.

4、To obtain an appropriate geographical deployment of a given indication or study in order to ensure the feasibility of the implementation of study protocols, improve the reliability of recruitment forecasting at site/country level.

5、To analyze continuously initiated clinical trials and implement action plans or back-up plans as needed.

6、To provide appropriate input for protocol design and/or recruitment and/or retention plan.

7、To provide reliable results for any customers special requirements.

8、To well conduct company internal database to support feasibility analysis.

9、To support othe requirments of RFP development from Bussiness Development team.

10、To provide appropriate coaching to Feasibility Specialist(s).

任职资格:

1、Degree in Sciences, Pharma or Medicine.

2、6+ years’ experience in Clinical Development especially study. management or medical specialization in Clinical Research environment (CRO or Pharma).

3、Knowledge in ICH, GCP and local regulations.

4、Flent in English is a plus.
