Key Responsibilities:
Work as a Style consultant with Clients (50%):
? Primarily focus on clients’ appointments / wardrobe
? Promote diversity and sophisticated pieces
? In the Future: hold Style sessions in BTQ as per the Style Menu
? Act as a role model in terms of Style during events
Mentor Style Advisors (40%):
? Conduct 1 on 1 coaching
? Monitor Styling Activities
? Rotate in BTQ w/o Style Experts
? Participate in conducting Style & Fashion Workshops with SEM
Gather feedback for the Buy (10%):
? Review RTW Specialists’ orders from a silhouette POV
