Responsibilities:

? In charge of the creative development of materials, colors and styles of all textile-based products.

? Build the collection and themes, creation of fashionable, market driven artwork taking into account the latest trend information.

? The collection development including selection of fabrics, shapes and trimmings, price negotiation and schedule follow up with vendors and suppliers.

? Responsible for establishing and applying the style guide definitions to all development programs.

? Responsible for presenting your collection to the sales team and obtaining the expected sales results.

? In charge of the development process for all fabric-related assemblies of the programs.

? Responsible for trend / market analysis and adaptation to the Visual and tactile appeal of current and new products including the bridging of the results into internal styling guidelines.

? Creation of graphical sales documents for the collection as well as graphic development of the brand statement (label) and the prints.

? Running production feasibility studies and suppliers examination.

Requirements:

? Bachelor or Master Degree in Interior Design or related from Top European Universities.

? 3-5 yrs of experience in Interior Design field in China and overseas.

? Creative Minded designer, with strong communication and presentation skills.

? Previous experience working on luxury retail / shops interiors is a plus.

? Good design, fashion, aesthetics taste.

? Fluent in English and Chinese.

? Willing to travel.
