基本任务/职责 ESSENTIAL TASKS/DUTIES

• 理解组件操作的基本原理以及最常见的故障原因。

Understand the basic principles in how a unit operates and know its most common causes for failure.

• 识别并纠正错误和简单的问题。

Recognize and correct inaccuracies and simple issues.

• 理解客户/制造厂商要求以及公司政策和程序。

Know customer/manufacturer requirements and company policies and procedures.

• 根据客户/制造厂商要求以及公司政策和程序，采取必要措施，并检查完成的工卡文件，确保工作完成。 Ensure completion of work as per customer/ manufacturer requirements and company policies and procedures by taking necessary measurements and checking duly completed paperwork.
• 熟悉所有工具和设备，包括其责任分配范围以内的检查工具。

Familiar with all tools and equipment, including inspection aids, used within their assigned area of responsibility.

• 熟悉按技术数据检查零件

Familiar with inspection of parts per technical data

• 应用经所有航空主管当局 (例如CAAC/FAA) 批准的适用于该工作的技术资料。

Apply the technical data approved by all aviation authorities (e.g. CAAC/FAA) that applies to this unit.

• 能够在风扇/齿轮箱车间里拆装的工作以及耐磨层修理工作.

Able to perform Fan/Gearbox disassembly & assembly job and abradable liner repair.

岗位要求 QULIFICATIONS

• College degree or above majoring in aerospace, engineering or aerospace engine.

大专及以上学历，航空航天，工程或航天发动机专业。

• Minimum 3 Years Engine Overhaul experience.

3年以上发动机大修经验

• CFM 56 & V2500 engine overhaul experience is preferred.

有CFM 56 & V2500发动机的大修经验者优先。

• Good command of written and spoken English is essential

熟练的英语口语和书面交流

• Good communication skills and software skills

良好的沟通技巧和软件技巧
