職務說明

* Define and implement failure analysis plan on the field return devices to prevent reoccurrence. * Closely Work with CM to prepare tools (such as tester, jig for disassembling) to speed up the refurb process. * Perform failure analysis on devices and categorize the failure mode by its causes.

理想的應徵者

* BS degree in electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering or equivalent practical experience. * 10 years of product quality development and failure analysis experince * Language level: speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently * Quality analysis tool: Minitab or JMP
