Duties:

• Teach courses at the master and diploma levels for Christian higher education
• Host conferences and seminars
• Academic and popular book writing, faculty development
• Academic administration, including student recruitment and programme management, coordinating with overseas partner universities and with adjunct professors
• Engage in professional development activities pertaining to the integration of faith and learning

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in humanities, education or social sciences
• Theological education strongly preferred
• Good structural thinking in Christian perspectives on society
• Ability to teach, do research, and academic administration
• Three or more years of working experience in higher education
• Overseas learning or teaching experience a plus
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both oral and written
• Regular service and involvement in the church and community
