An International company that specializes in the manufacturing of plumbing products is currently constructing a new state of the art facility in Jiangsu. The organization requires a motivated individual who will help set up and maintain the facility alongside international management staff.

Responsibilities:
-Participate with the Executive Managers and CEO in developing and delivering the Sites vision, long term strategy, and annual operating plan
-Provide day to day leadership to the various operations teams that have a responsibility to manage cost, quality, and schedule of each specific program (Parts/Wire product lines)
-Development and implementation of production strategies
- Good technical knowledge with regard to manufacturing, manual assembly, and supply chain in manufacturing companies
- Experience in similar management functions, if possible plant or production management
- Management experience in production companies in international networks
-Oversee day to day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring completion whilst accomplishing own goals
-Collaborates with Administrative/Financial group from P/L perspective and understands financial principles and works closely with finance to ensure good accounting practices are maintained while obtaining financial goals (profitability, waste reduction, labour cost ratio, etc.)
