• 厂务维修：厂务设施维修保养计划制定及跟进，水电日检、月检，记录在档；厂房及设施维修；建立备品仓库台账及安全库存；宿舍锅炉保养与管理；化粪池清理；

  Maintenance: Define annual facility maintenance plan and follow-up, water and electricity check daily and monthly, and keep records; building and facilities maintenance; set up the warehouse ledger; dormitory boiler maintenance and management; septic tank cleaning;

• 绿化：厂区绿化维护、改造；

  Greening: plant area greening maintenance and reform;

• 其它：公司水电费结算，并能制定能源节减及严格执行；节假日安排；等等。

  Others: the electricity and water cost settlement, draft the energy saving plan and carry out; holiday arrangement; and so on.

Core Requirements(Technical / Managerial Competencies) 核心要求（技术/管理能力）

1. 熟悉厂区公共设施的维修，例如：照明系统、空调、门锁、水电，等等

Familiar with the maintenance of the facilities, such as lighting system, air conditioning, locks, water and electricity, etc.

2. 具有高、低压电工证

Electrician certificate

3. 良好的人际交往及沟通协调能力

Good communication and coordination ability

Preferred Requirements 建议要求

1.维修成本具有控制意识，能对维修提出合理的改进方案

Cost mindset of the maintenance, and have suggestions on the improvement of maintenance

2. 能编制全年维修计划以及维修改善计划

Be able to define the annual facility maintenance plan and maintenance improvement plan

3. 懂得EHS管理体系,懂得ISO管理体系

Be familiar with EHS management system, ISO management system.
