Responsibilities:
- Supervision, maintenance and repair school facility system, include but not limited to: Building, Air-condition, Electricity, fire-fighting, plumbing, lift, swimming pool etc.
管理,维护及维修学校设施设备,设备设施包括但不限于以下:建筑楼宇,暖通空调,电气,消防,给排水,电梯,泳池等
- Statistics and analysis maintenance material consumption, root cause of equipment breakdown and working load of the staff to improve productivity of school facility management.
统计和分析物料消耗、设备故障原因和员工工作负荷来提高学校设施管理的效率
- Implement equipment preventive maintenance plan i.e. mechanical, electrical and pumping (MEP), Air conditioner, lifts, Fire, Security etc.
制定和执行设备预防性保养计划例如机械,电气、给排水、暖通、电梯、消防和安防等
- Oversees and directs maintenance personnel and handyman engaged in equipment installation, facilities equipment repair, and preventive maintenance
监督和指导维护人员和技工,确保设备安装、设备维修和保养工作的质量
- Manage site services in conjunction with Landlord , site property management and other Pubic organization i.e. power, water and LPG supplier, police office etc.
做好与业主,物业公司和公用能源、警局、政府公共设施职能部门的沟通、协调工作,确保学校的正常运行
- Maintain up-to-date building and system documentation.
及时更新建筑和设施的竣工文档
- Lead the handyman and security team to make it a high performance work force through Succession plan development, .

with the outsourced facility contractor to ensure the economical, efficient and qualified service.

- Responsible to make sure every piece of equipment is meeting School safety standard all the time.
确保所有设备在任何时候都能满足学校的安全标准
- In charge of the safety for any on site engineering work;

- Interface w/ local governmental authorities as it relates to Facilities activities/properties and ensure that our School remains in full compliance to laws and regulations.

- In charge of school security and traffic management to create a good secure environment.

- In charge of school improvement and expansion project management to make sure the cost, schedule and quality are meeting the design requirement;

- Plans, budgets, and schedules facilities maintenance and modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and contracts for construction and

Requirements:
- Minimum junior college level degree in Mechanical , Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
- Must be self-motivated, able to handle difficult and multiple tasks with good time management/priority setting skills.
- Ability to develop a strong working relationship with various management teams, first line supervisors and employees.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Use logic to analyze or identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts associated with information or data.
- Excellent command of electrical distribution systems and components. Fundamental understanding of mechanical building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, etc
- Knowledge of building and construction codes.
- Functional use of computer programs associated with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), and AutoCAD.
- English- oral and written
- Mandarin- Fluent oral and written
