Responsible for three sites in South China (Guangzhou, Shen zhen, Dongguan), manage facilities to meet service levels to the client within the prescribed budget.
Maintain customer& client relationship.
Coordinate work assignments among site teams, vendors, and contractors,
Develop an annual facility budget together with clients input including direct and indirect contract service expenses, preventative maintenance costs, energy management expenses, risk management and project/capital items, etc. Liaise with landlord and BMO and coordinate with vendors for any maintenance issues,
Coordinate all communications to client staff in consultation with and client Asset Manager,
Monitor and manage the EMS, to meet ISO 14001 standard,
Monitor and control the budget, not only to ensure within the budget, but also to achieve more savings,
Follow up on Service Insight and close the order properly,
Guide and supervise the mailroom helper work to better service the clients,
Monitor and manager occupancy plan, growth plan and complete EC1 system in time
Support account director to control the expend budget for Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dong guan site.
Support the account director to handle the change order.
Other duties may be assigned.
