Job Summary:

1.Responsible for the operation, maintenance and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) related activities of the building(s), manufacturing operation, equipment, furnishings, grounds.

2.Day to day coverage of the Facilities Operation, include structures and grounds, multiple utilities such as heating, air conditioning, power, water and electrical equipment.

3.Provide for the proper and safe functioning of all of the facilities and operations, to perform facility planning, capital budget planning, oversight of construction, remodeling and repair facilities.

Basic Qualifications：

1.Bachelor's degree major in mechanical, equipment management，environment engineering； more than 10 years related experience;

2.Experience with OSHA, EPA, Business Continuity Planning, “Green” Manufacturing, LEAN concepts, Six Sigma, Workers Compensation;

3.5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.

4.Comprehensive knowledge of implementing employer policies, procedures and practices.

5.Ability to analyze, diagnose and solve complex organizational challenges in an efficient and cost effective way.

6.Ability to provide leadership, coaching subordinates.
