Job Description

Facilities and Logistic Assistant (M/F)

Your responsibilities will be:

-        Site Inspections (Daily cleaning, Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, Campus of the Bank)

-        Oversee and follow up on all technical maintenance for installations (AC/heating/fire extinguishing system, electrical installations etc.)

-        Ongoing improvement of procedures and the management of stocks and inventories

-        Processing and controlling of invoices and work orders

-        Purchasing of furniture, organization of internal departmental office/space moves

-        Participation in the relocation and redevelopment of office spaces

-        Participation in the organization of different events in collaboration with our communication department

-        Other tasks ordered by the senior Manager/Head of department

Qualifications

Profile (Technical Skills):

  • Master Degree or equivalent in Business Related Studies.
  • Fluency in English and French is essential; other languages such as Chinese will be an advantage.
  • Strong sense of responsibilities and good personal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of office software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience on relevant work would be considered in priority.
  • Having the driving license is a plus.
