Job Information
Responsibilities include overseeing activities and negotiations relating to lease vs. buy, site selection, design, planning, construction of new facilities, and modification or expansion of existing facilities, including obtaining necessary licenses, permits, and clearances. May oversee sublets/sales of company property. Also oversees building, plant and equipment maintenance and security and may oversee health and safety standards compliance.
