Intel iVE PHNX FPGA Verification team is the FPGA verification team which supports the Prototyping, enablement and maintenance of cutting edge Intel line of products through HDL simulations.

We are looking for a professional Pre Silicon verification engineer, who knows how to plan, design and execute scalable and robust System Verilog UVM based environments.

He/She will be familiarized with complex protocol specifications, and will use advanced verification methodologies.

We are looking for great people, who as engineers are comfortable working in both SoC integration and standalone environments, and are highly motivated problem-solvers seeking to make significant impact on their projects. 
 
About You :

You should have proven hands-on experience in pre silicon verification, preferably in IP designs. We expect you to have vast experience with OVM/UVM methodologies and with object oriented programming (System Verilog), be ambitious to design and maintain complex verification environments, all which will help your exceptional debug skills find bugs in our FPGA modeling, and create simulations for flows we enable in lab.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or MSc in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering / Computers Engineering
• 8-10 years in pre silicon verification using system Verilog, and OVM/UVM methodologies
• High Creativity and system perspective
• Proven experience with complex hybrid models (Multiple programming languages)
• Experience with PCIe protocol and TLPs
• Thorough understanding of different kinds of DMA modules
• Thorough understanding of caching mechanisms and concepts

Nice to have :

• Lab debug experience with standard or proprietary equipment
• Experience with Intel methodologies and tools
• Professional repository maintenance:
  • Versioning and repo management tools as git
  • Collaboration and repo sharing as bitkeeper/GateKeeper
• Knowledge in Perl/Tcl/Python
• Experience with inter-die interconnect and FPGA protocols – AXI-S, AXIM, Avalon
• Experience with DMA, ETHERNET, USB and such
• Experience with SOC architecture, preferably Intel or ARM architecture
