• Lead FP&A team to work closely and effectively with CFO and their finance teams to design, deliver best in class service to the stakeholders on continuous basis

• Design and refine strategy, framework, methodology and process of FP&A tower.
• Take complete ownership and leadership to drive stabilization and value creation in the FP&A tower
• Work collaboratively various stakeholders to seek feedback, explore opportunities, create value, develop and enhance the process etc.
• Continuously explore and execute transformation and innovation opportunities within FP&A function to make it effective, best in class as per the leading industry practice
• Develop, coach and guide the team on continuous basis to be effective valuable and productive finance partner.
• Ensure effective, smooth and timely new transitions of work to Centre of Excellence .
