Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and project team members for the assigned project to ensure project effectiveness and competition
• Assist in the whole project from conceptual generation to FF&E selection to installation
• Provide full tender specifications and prepare presentation PowerPoint and material boards
• Handle any issue relating to sourcing materials and schedules
• Liaison with suppliers for Interior Design materials
• Complete routine and special tasks as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Interior Design or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-4 years relevant experience with preference in Hospitality / Commercial / Residential projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS Office (Sketch-up, 3-D, InDesign a plus)
• Knowledge in interior finishes and in sizes, proportions and fabrication of furnishings
• Able to meet tight schedule, handle multiple tasks and work independently with good communication and organization skills
• Team orientated, responsible, self-motivated and creative
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Position would be offered depends on experiences
