Excecution of the yearly profit-, balance sheet, as well as the monthly forecasting for the reporting units within Focus Factory
Ensuring and tracking implementation of productivity measures common with FF manager
Initiating additional productivity measures to cover negative variable cost variations
Support FF manager in root cause analysis of cost variations
Preparation of the Plant Cost Structure for the assigned Focus Factory
Participation in the monthly closing activities, preparation of the monthly reporting package for the reporting units within assigned Focus Factory,
Analysis of actual versus budget data, investigation of variations and support for the FF Management in the goal achievement
Processing of ad hoc profitability calculations
Successful cooperation with the concerned BU controlling organization
Ensure cooperation and alignment with the FF / FF manager
Ensures and applies Continental Finance and Accounting guidelines.
Ensures implementation and conformity with all Continental Automotive Controlling Systems, Tools, Standards and Processes
Responsible to support Strategy implementation for FF and plant
