Job Description:

This position will work in Caterpillar Research and Development Center (CRDC) China Virtual Product Development team on Structure Analysis

本职位要求在卡特彼勒技术研发中国有限公司虚拟产品开发部门工作，负责结构仿真

The key role of this position is to use analysis and simulation process to validate the design concept as well as improve the designs in terms of reliability, durability and performance of the Caterpillar machine products and major structural systems.

此职位的主要职责是使用分析与仿真验证概念设计，以及改进卡特彼勒整机与系统的可靠性，耐久性和其他性能。

The major responsibilities will be included but not limited to the items as below:

主要职责包括但不限于以下条目：

• Work closely with the design engineers, machine integration engineers, validation engineers, manufacturing engineers and Global Corporate SME to complete the assignments.

与设计工程师，系统集成工程师，测试工程师和制造工程师以及公司专家一起紧密合作，完成工作。

• After 1-3 months intensive training, the engineer (SG22) should be capable for independently handle medium complexity structure analysis assignment, or (SG21) able to assist the Sr. / Lead engineers to creating the virtual models, executing the simulations and conducting design iterations

经过1-3个月深度培训, SG22 工程师能够独立完成中等复杂难度结构仿真项目。SG21工程师能够有效支持资深工程师创建虚拟模型，运行仿真与设计迭代

• Responsible for archiving the analysis and simulation model and results

负责分析仿真模型与结果的存档

Qualification Required:

资格要求：

• Min. MS degree in Engineering Mechanics, Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, in using simulation approach to resolve issue, such as Vibration, fatigue etc.

工程力学，汽车工程，机械工程，土木工程专业硕士或博士，研究与工作方向例如：振动，NVH，动力学或发动机核心部件结构仿真

• Must have FEA / Simulation theory knowledge.

必须具备有限元和仿真理论与知识

• Capable of CAE tool. Analysis software experience in ABAQUS and Nastran is preferred, however, experience in other equivalent engineering analysis software is acceptable

能够使用基于有限元的仿真软件。有Abaqus或Nastran经验者优先考虑，同时也接受具备其他类似分析软件能力的应聘者

• Excellent problem solving skill

优秀的问题解决能力

• Good English skill in reading, listening, writing and speaking (CET-6 at least)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

优秀的沟通和交际能力，

• Strong initiative, teamwork skills

积极主动，团结合作

• Having Test background and experience is a plus

具有应力与振动测试背景与相关经验者尤佳。

• Deep understanding on Fatigue theory is a plus.

深入理解疲劳理论的应聘者尤佳

• Having coding experience is plus.
