岗位职责

• Responsible for cooling and after treatment products reliability design based on FEA analysis and lab tests (e.g. vibration test, thermal cycle and pressure cycle tests) on components.
• The analyst must explain the analysis assumptions, limitations, and results and provide value added input to the design engineers.
• Develop FEA model and use FEA software to conduct static and dynamic stress analysis, modal analysis, and thermal-stress analysis.
• Support investigations into product structural failures during product development and field use.

任职要求

• 2020/2021 Master in Mechanical Eng (or related science or engineering degree e.g. Vehicle Engineering, Aerospace Eng, Physics, etc.)
• Solid background in finite element analysis and reliability design
• Experienced in using FEA software such as Abaqus, Nastran
• Strong skill in using pre-processor tool such as Hypermesh, Ansa
• Fluent in English with clear verbal and written communication skills
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Demonstrated motivation and teamwork
