The position incumbent ensures, that

• Provide FEA simulation support for BU Asia awarded business.
• Support BU Asia new business growth in both commercial vehicle and automotive with FEA analysis for all strategic quotation.
• Work with other engineers
• Summarize and conclude the simulation results, make recommendations for improvement
• Develop new techniques to improve products
• Other duties as assigned

Requirement Profile

Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:

- Analytical- Synthesize complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs work flows and procedures.

- Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations.

• B.S. or above in engineering discipline required. Minimum 2 years’ experience in FEA simulation position in the automotive industry.

Technical Expertise:

• Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in at least one FEA mesh tool and solver, prefer to Hypermesh and Abaqus.
• Proficient in MS office.

Interpersonal Competence:

• Good English communication skill in reading, writing and speaking
• Contributes to building a positive team spirit
