Responsibilities工作职责

• Take responsibility for plant admin service, such as canteen management, guard service management, and so on.担任行政服务管理，包括食堂管理，保安管理等相应的工作；
• Office Supply (Water, Drinks, stationary, others) management. 办公室办公用品的管理；
• Tickets and hotel booking as needed.机票和酒店的预定；
• Independent communicate with supplier for routine work review. 独立与供应商沟通，提高供应商的服务质量；
• Initiate accurate tracking of department cost. 跟进部门预算；
• Create and organize department documentation folder. 负责部门文件夹的管理；
• Issue department purchasing order and track the order on time.负责部门所有订单出具和跟进。

• Five years experiences with bachelor degree. 本科学历，5年左右工作经验；
• Fluent English specking and be familiar with office software. 能用英语交流，熟练运用办公软件；
• High level of organizational skills to successfully multitask in a fast paced environment. 运用很好的组织能力在快节奏中完成工作；
• Attention to detail, advanced organization skills and follow through is required. 专注细节，有较强的组织能力和跟进能力；
• Analytical and problem solving skills, speed and accuracy are essential, as is delivering superb customer service both externally and internally.具有分析问题，快速响应，追求准确的素养，同是对内外具有服务意识。
