F&B Shop Assistant Manager

Company Description 

To meet our business expansion in Hong Kong, we are hiring an experienced Human Resources professional to join the team as Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• To maximize business and profitability of the store
• Ensure high services quality in the store and per existing standards
• Handle complaints
• Assist in developing and conducting on-the-job training
• Assist Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, including roster scheduling, duties to subordinates, repair & maintenance works
• Preparation of reports
• Keep a detailed eye on cost control as per existing policies and procedures
• Interact with guests to create a bonding relationship  

Requirement

• Knowledge of WesternFood & Beverage is an advantage
• 3 years or above relevant experience
• Knowledge of shop operations
• Good communication, interpersonal, leadership & management skills
• Strong communication skills in spoken English and Cantonese
• Service and customer oriented
• Potential candidate with more experience can be considered as shop Manager
