5,Know the menu/special promotions and assist guests with recommendations.
6,Assist supervisor in providing overall high standard of beverage service.
7,Ensure all opening and closing duties are implemented in accordance with established standards.
8,Clears up empty plates and brings them to dish washing area.
9,To clean & maintain all equipment regularly.
10,Attending weekly banquet meeting conducted by Supervisor Manager.
11,Other task or duties as may be appropriately assigned by the Supervisor and Manager.
