POSITION SUMMARY：

The main focus of the position is to coordinate with export customers for product development, and coordinate

artwork and packaging development of new or revision products, and effectively manage products in their life circle. To make sure all export development projects being accomplished smoothly and timely. Fulfill client request for on time launch.

该职位负责协调出口新产品开发的相关事宜, 包括了解并协调客户的需求、跟踪包装设计及改版制作过程，和对产品在其生命周期进行有效管理。确保所有出口项目顺利及时地完成。 满足客户对新产品的上市时间。

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:

1. As contact window of all new product development for export, to communicate externally (different interlocutors(or interlocutresses) of destination markets) and internally with different functions within PVMC for managing the project be carried out in smooth and effective way.

负责协调出口新产品开发项目，充分了解海外客户的需求，有效地进行跨部门沟通以确保项目高效有序地进行。

2. Maintain SAP, NPD workflow, tracking reports per export project follow up.

负责维护SAP, NPD电子流，跟踪报告等满足出口项目跟进的信息录入。

3. To coordinate artwork development for packaging and be responsible for color proofing of first printing。

协调出口项目包装材料的开发及审核, 并且负责跟踪首次印刷颜色签色。

4. Support International Supply Chain manager, Generate/modify relevant SOP to standardize the project management。

协助国际供应链经理，通过不断改进标准操作流程规范出口项目管理。

5.Optimizing monthly forecast accuracy with client and planning team. better guideline export project process。

与客户和计划部门一起优化出口预测，更好的指引出口项目的后续发展
