As this position merges several roles, we are looking for someone who is flexible, willing to learn and develop, enjoys a challenge and can manage and prioritise their time well while maintaining a high level of service.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Welcome guests and ensure to impact all touch points of the Guest Journey
• Respond to all queries and messages (both internal and external) face-face, by email or telephone in a professional and timely manner. Redirect queries to departments as required.
• Observe and optimise opportunities to upsell hotel products and services.
• Deliver memorable service to guests dining in Lombardi Restaurant and Bar, celebrating the local produce
• Ensure room service trays and trolleys are set-up correctly and collected promptly when guest(s) have finished.
• Anticipate the needs of our guests by tailoring the guests experience to their taste.
• Identify our loyalty members and recognise their status
• Assist with guest luggage, to the room or securely stored, promptly.
• Carry out valet service with care, and precision
• Regular liaison with all departments ensuring requests are completed quickly focusing on guest needs as a priority while building a strong working relationship.
• Communicate relevant guest/staff information through the daily log, and guest profile updated for service improvement.
• Liaise with activity organisations and agents in order to offer the guests the best option to create a memorable stay
• Observe host responsibility while serving alcohol at the bar and for room service

Previous Front Office or Food & Beverage experience

Willingness to work in Housekeeping if required

Nice to have, but not essential:

• Full drivers licence
