Job Description:

  • Lead your shift team by working alongside them
  • Share your passion for food & beverage with our upscale guests
  • Assist with on-boarding and training new team members
  • Strive to maintain the highest quality standards in food & beverage
  • Undertake strict hygiene & safety practices
  • Report to the hotel Restaurant and Bar Manager
  • Be a communicator
  • Be responsible for your shift’s financial performance


Work Experience

Minimum 2 Years Experience in an upscale hotel preferred

LCQ

Managers Licence

Health & Safety Representative Experience

Be located in New Zealand or Australia currently.
