Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in supervising the daily kitchen operations of the Fine Dining, All Day Dining, Poolside, Italian Restaurant, and Pastry.
- Work closely with all Sous Chefs in areas of production, preparation and presentation of food items in order to ensure highest quality at all times.
- Assist the Executive Chef in planning and designing both routine and promotional menus.
- Develop training related to the kitchen operations and conduct on-the-job training for the kitchen staff, ensure the compliance with the occupational health & safety ordinance in all kitchen areas.
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing the food costs.
Requirements:
- Professional chef apprenticeship with additional management skills training.
- At least 3-year experience of senior supervisory roles gained in renowned clubs and/or hotels.
- Self-motivated with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven management abilities, multi-outlet experience and familiar with food safety standard.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
