Principal Accountabilities
In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Core Administrative
? Manage all aspects of travel arrangements including airline bookings, cars and hotels
? Manage travel itineraries, liaise with relevant people to organize meeting dates and schedules according to priorities and urgency
? Read and forward appropriate emails, identify important calls and urgent issues which require immediate attention
? Answer telephone calls and take messages, and answer routine or repetitive inquiries
? Open, sort and distribute incoming mails, reports and correspondence for principals
? Draft and produce correspondence, meeting minutes and reports using appropriate software and tools
? Process invoices and obtain appropriate authorization to ensure payment in time
? Maintain inventory and order office supplies, to meet requirement of department head as required
? Draft, abstract or collate documents as required by department head
? Establish, maintain and track files to keep a systematic record of required area
? Coordinate internal and external meetings, and act as a contact for external issues, to relieve management of administrative detail
? Assist in developing and managing departmental budget as required
Special Projects
? Participate in the planning and organization of events and activities as required (e.g. annual dinner)
? Provide clerical support to facilitate special projects and meetings
? Responsible for other assignments to support department head and staff
Relationship Management
? Understand expectation of internal and external customers, to optimize customer satisfaction and present good image
? Liaise with counterparts in or outside McDonald to gain and share knowledge and experience
