Job Responsibilities :



1. To collect and analyze the market & industrial information, as well as internal data, report generation, etc.


2. To help organizing, recording and following up different levels of internal and external meetings, conference calls and reports.


3. To help facilitating the company direction, strategy, culture and management to the entire business organization.


4. To prepare, distribute and manage all business paperwork, documentation and filing.


5. To help arranging the business trip, itinerary, day-to-day communications, etc.


6. To side-support other BU heads and/or department heads in the case of necessity.






Requirement :



1. Education : Bachelor Degree above


2. Language : Good Command of English – Read, Write, Speak & Listen, Shanghai Dialogue speaker is nice-to-have


3. Skills : Strong Office Software Skills, especially PPT;


4. Personality : Active, Open-minded and Strong sense of Responsibility; Team Player and Driver; Innovative Thinking;


5. Experience : Business Assistant or Administration background is preferred, especially working in Logistics (Freight Forwarding + Warehousing) and/or related industry, at least 5+year experience.
