Job Description
Familiar with access process, execute key customer profile and maintain Receive training to improve my professional ability and sales skills, and comply with compliance regulations Communicate with Distributors closely, jointly develop the admission plan at the hospital level, follow up the implementation plan, and achieve the access target Timely and accurate internal and external information communication in the work of the hospital, looking for access opportunities and providing reasonable Suggestions. Improve the cooperation efficiency of dealers. Be familiar with related policies, product information and related diagnosis and treatment integration projects of the company, and train and introduce relevant contents to distributors Actively participate in interdepartmental meetings organized by business manager, provide timely information feedback and rationalization Suggestions, promote cooperation efficiency and implementation efficiency keep close communication and cooperation in regional business, KA, sales and market with the goal of access and the value of win-win cooperation Actively participate in and utilize various activity platforms of sales, marketing and KA, maintain key customers of clinical and pharmacy departments, maximize resources and accelerate access Conduct target hospitals visit, communicate product information, obtain and conclude, obtain high quality visit and promote the successful passage of pharmaceutical matters Set up key accounts of regional key hospitals, including clinical bill of lading director and pharmacy department/dean file Reasonable compliance with DSP, clinical and pharmacy resources, reasonable travel planning After admission, sales volume was increased through clinical promotion and drop-off rate was reduced.
Minimum requirements
Bachelor degree or above Good in English 3 Years' working experience or above in Pharmacy sales function. KA or distribution management experience is preferred
