Executive Officer II (Ref. 200000M9) (Closing date: May 26, 2020)
The appointee will be engaged in local outreach and student recruitment, and will be responsible for (a) handling applications and student admissions matters; (b) organising outreach activities, delivering presentations and advising students; (c) administering website and other media for outreach to local audiences; (d) establishing and maintaining networks with schools, the media and other stakeholders locally; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisors. Irregular working hours may be required.
Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) fulfilled the English language requirements set out on the website: https://www.hro.cuhk.edu.hk/en-gb/languageforeo; (iii) at least 3 years’ work experience; (iv) an excellent command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English; (v) a strong sense of responsibility and service-oriented mindset; (vi) strong organisational, oral presentation and interpersonal skills; and (vii) the ability to work independently and as a team member. Experience in student admissions and recruitment, data management or managing social media will be advantageous.

Appointment will initially be made on a contract basis for up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract), renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
