Job profile For our Industry Field Customer support team, we are looking for a Technical Services Expert for CNC Systems to be in India-North region. We are looking for individuals like you who would help us achieve service excellence and improved NPS score for our Industry Field Services Group. This role will be responsible for performing commissioning, fault intervention/elimination, repair and preventive maintenance for Sinumerik CNC controller & Drives. Job responsibilities Communicating with Customer with regards to day-to-day problem solving Responsible for execution of Field Service calls, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Repairs in region, Timely closure of Service calls, first time right, Improve customer satisfaction. Carry out commissioning of Migration & modernization projects at OEM & end user premises. Responsible for increasing own technical and application skills to improve service quality Understand the customer needs and take necessary actions to create appropriate solutions Create service sales opportunities & Business generation through retrofits, AMC, Spare parts and repairs. Coordinating & supporting team of engineers for service activities in respective region. Supply creative feedbacks to increase the quality-of-service operations and processes Interactions for effective positioning of Siemens over competition. Making succession plan and developing the team mates to take higher responsibilities. Qualification required for Job · Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic or Industrial Automation Control or Mechatronics Engineering. · Knowledge about Sinumerik Systems (808D, 828D, 840D etc.) or Simatic PLCs. (S7-1200, S7-1500), and Sinamics servo Drives. · 3-5 years of experience in CNC control systems. · Preferably good command of English both written and spoken · Basic understanding of Mechatronics & Commissioning experience · Building relationship through effective communication. · Learning attitude & Willingness for travelling at short notice Organization: Digital Industries Company: Siemens Limited Experience Level: Early Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
