Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The position reports directly to China Country President to provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support, including manage/coordinate Company CEO’s schedules/calendar, make travel arrangements, prepare travel itinerary, make expenses report, etc;


  • Organize and coordinate important business events, arrange major meetings and conferences, including to make arrangements for important company visitors;


  • Organize company monthly management meeting. Invite management team members, make meeting notes and prepare meeting minutes. Organize all correspondence, reports, and presentation materials;


  • Keep good liaison and communication with divisional heads, internal departments and external customers. Help to establish and maintain key customer relationship for the Company President;


  • Conduct research, compile data, prepare presentation materials, and manage the documentations and archives for the Company President;


  • Provide written and verbal translation as required;

  • Assist with the company press issues;


  • To carry out other ad/hoc assignment designated by the Company President


Required Competencies and Experiences


  • Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably in English or Business Administration;


  • At least 8 years working experience in similar position in multinational companies;


  • Good command of English, both oral and written


  • Fast-paced, proactive, co-operative and well organized;


  • Able to perform secretarial and clerical duties with deliberate speed and accuracy;


  • Able to handle multi-task with excellent prioritization skills under minimal supervision

  • Attention to details with analytical thinking and problem solving skills;


  • Practical experience and well versed with all aspects of MS-office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;


  • Must be friendly, personable and able to build harmonious working relationships with clients, co-workers and the general public

  • Sound time management and organization skills


  • High level of initiative, motivation, judgement and integrity;


  • Mature, strong sense of responsibility, and very much self-disciplined in recognizing and protecting confidential information;
