Position Title: APAC EA/Admin

备注:支持一位VP及两位Director

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in the preparation of documents (PowerPoint, word, excel) and as required take meeting minutes and follow-up to ensure close of action items.

2. Responsible for making travel arrangements including booking flights, reserving hotels, registering for meetings and seminars, and car rentals.

3. Setup, coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences including global dial in and web meetings. Manage the managers’ calendar and schedule meetings at times that work best. Also responsible for reminders of upcoming meeting dates with time and location.

4. Prepares and maintains the business calendar.

5. Internal and external interface with different level executives/leaders. Maintain high level of confidentiality to sensitive information throughout the organization.

6. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

7. Office Admin support.


技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

1. More than 2-3 years working experience in secretary or executive support role in multinational company

2. Strong English capability (read, write, speak) and Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point

3. Must possess the highest degree of ethical standards and be able to deal with highly sensitive and confidential data

4. Strong professional presence with exceptional succinct communication skills.

5. Able to manage conflict and multi tasks

6. Excellent planning, organization and time-management skills

7. Highly motivated, self-starter able to work in a changing and diverse environment with very little work direction
