Main activities / responsibilities
? Maintain VP Marketing calendar by scheduling appointments and meetings based on VP
Marketing workload and priorities;
? Make travel arrangements; complete expenses claims and corporate card management;
? Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, correspondence, reports and presentation materials;
? Team meeting / activities support;
? Contribute actively to communication, establish a network within the department to support
cohesion among all teams;
? Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned


Desired Skills & Experience
? University degree, major in Business Administration, Hotel Management or similar field is
preferred;
? 2-5 years of related working experience in MNC preferred;
? Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
? Having an approachable manner and be confident when interacting with people of all levels
throughout the organization;
? Excellent computer skills, especially of MS Word, Excel and PPT;
? Be able to work under pressure and having the ability to remain calm;
? Be proactive and able to prioritize workload;
? Highly motivated, confident, extrovert, good team player;
? Mature and presentable; highly detailed and patient
