Job Description

1. Assist Senior Managers including EVP A-Cords & Service, Sales Director A-Cords East, and Business Development & Market Intelligence Manager.

1)Administer calendar and daily agenda

2)Make meeting appointments and update in time in calendar

3)Travel arrangements such as booking flight/train/car/hotel

4)Make expense report.

5)Support to analyze the gap on Expense, budget, etc.

6)Support Expert for mobility procedures (Housing, Transportation, Child Education, Moving, etc.).

7)Other tasks assigned by senior managers.

2. Assist Commercial Team A-Cords in BBRG SH hub.

1)Travel arrangements such as booking flight/train/car/hotel.

2)Festival purchasing need collection from team, responsible for internal SRM applications and SAP operations. 3)Support commercial events such as exhibition/customer meetings.

4)Monthly bill check of A-Cords' purchasing such as flight/stationery/courier/car transportation, etc.

5)A-Cords quarterly meeting set-up and arrangements.

6)Other administrational support to A-Cords team.


3. Support BBRG visitors from global or other regions.
1)Invitation letters to visitors.
2)Practical arrangements such as car/hotel/flight/Meal in China.

3)If any global meeting held in China, find meeting venue and make all related arrangements.


4. Support BBRG SH Branch.

1)Support the meeting appointments in BBRG SH branch if needed.

2)Support travel arrangement if needed.

3)Support the placement of BBRG Shanghai offices & Seats, devices and BBRG visualization.

4)Support the annual inspection of SH branch and assist chop for documents.

5)Organize team activities for Shanghai colleagues and file important pictures.

6)Administrate working attendance and leave report by monthly.

7)Support new employee on boarding, people transfer and termination process.

8)Other admin tasked BBRG SH Branch needs, for instance, courier letter, stationery, name cards etc.

9)Be the contact of BBRG to BMC admin issues.


5. Perform additional duties and/or any other task as assigned by Managers.


职位要求:


1. College degree and above with 20 to 35 years old.
2. One year administration working experience.
3. Experience in using micro-soft software.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Good interpersonal, with strong sense of responsibility & careful working attitude, good teamwork and able to work under pressure.
