基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
Manage appointment calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agenda.
Be responsible for president travel arrangements and expense report.
Develop and edit correspondence, memorandums, reports and presentation materials.
Maintain company chops application and file system, keep an accurate record of papers and correspondence on behalf of the boss.
Collaborate with cross functional peers within the organization.
Coordinate special events and programs.

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
Bachelor's degree above, at least 5 years relevant experience in international company.
Fluent in English for verbal and written communication
Good computer skills especially on Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal and communication skill, planning and organizing capability
