Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to arrange schedule, business trip and reimbursement for executive management team.
- Help to coordinate and support executive’s internal and external events and meetings.
- Be responsible for office management and activities (e.g. environment management, office health & safety improvement, supply purchase & payment and vendors management etc.).
- Assist other assignments from executive management team.
- Coordinate with other corporate subsidiaries or business units with inter-company business issues (e.g. collaboration projects, etc.)
- HR related support (e.g. on board orientation and expat’s resident permits etc.).
Requirements:
- University Degree or above;
- 3 years of assistant experience or above;
- Proficient in Chinese language and fluent in English or Japanese
- Good skills on Microsoft office and other productivities software tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination skill and customer focus
