Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to arrange schedule, business trip and reimbursement for executive management team.
  • Help to coordinate and support executive’s internal and external events and meetings.
  • Be responsible for office management and activities (e.g. environment management, office health & safety improvement, supply purchase & payment and vendors management etc.).
  • Assist other assignments from executive management team.
  • Coordinate with other corporate subsidiaries or business units with inter-company business issues (e.g. collaboration projects, etc.)
  • HR related support (e.g. on board orientation and expat’s resident permits etc.).

Requirements:

  • University Degree or above;
  • 3 years of assistant experience or above;
  • Proficient in Chinese language and fluent in English or Japanese
  • Good skills on Microsoft office and other productivities software tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good coordination skill and customer focus
