Major Tasks:
1. Manage GM's appointments and schedules and travel arrangements to make best use of time.
2. Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for GM's to use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases.
3. Work as window contact to perform communications between groups, departments on behalf of GM. Effective communication and strong support to regional counterparts.
4. Organize regular team meetings, workshops or other meetings conferences as needed, prepare presentations and take meeting minutes to check follow up progress.
Requirements:
1. Education: Master degree, major in English and/or professional secretary with good PC knowledge and business sense.
2. Experience: 3-5 years relevant working experience in business support for senior management, sales, marketing or financial background are preferred.
3. Languages: Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
4. High confidentiality, a good understanding of business vocabulary, and a detailed knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures, and people initiative, resourcefulness and problem solving ability.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Ability to gather and organize complex data from multiple sources.
7. Attention to detail.
