Job Description

Key Responsibility:


? To manage and handle the correspondence for CEO and provide administrative and secretarial services


? To plan, organize and coordinate business travel for CEO to destinations worldwide, including itinerary planning, logistics arrangements, etc.


? To coordinate regular executive management team meetings, including meeting agenda, meeting minutes and follow ups


? To liaison with external business partners for meetings, activities and events


? To provide local supports to important visitors/events.


? To handle confidential information/documents per needed


? To participate in ad hoc PR related projects and other ad-hoc tasks per CEO


Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree ? 4-6 years of relevant working experience


? Good command of both oral and written English, major in English or related is preferred

? Have administration sense, be active and vibrant, detailfocused

? Good communication with all functions internally and externally

? Good capability in multi-task and sense of business acumen ? Computing proficiency with Windows, Excel and PowerPoint
